CUSTOMER FEEDBACK + NEW VEHICLES

Based on our customer feedback, Happy Campervan have reviewed the last summer season’s bookings and have noted that the most popular vehicles are firstly the VWT5 followed by the VWT4. 

We have therefore decided to add new vehicles of this type to the fleet. The first new T5 should be available in 6 weeks time followed by another T4 before Christmas.

Our customer feedback also expressed a preference for automatic vehicles and so our new T5 will be automatic.

We have also received feedback regarding our interior design of existing vans and we are changing some configurations. For example the pull-out bed in our disabled access van is being changed to electrical operation rather than manual pull-out.
